What do you need?

  • 500 g venison breast

What do you need?

  • 600 g pork belly with rind
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 apples, peeled and diced 🍏
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey 🍯
  • 50 ml water

Get started!

  1. Prepare pork belly: Preheat the oven to 160Β°C. Cut the rind crosswise and rub the pork belly thoroughly with salt and a little olive oil. Bake the bacon in the oven for about 90 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
