For Improved Corporate Finance, Alvida organized the drinks before the opening of her new office. We chose Alvida because they take care of the entire care - including decoration - for a transparent fixed price.

They more than lived up to the expectations; Alvida's enthusiastic team takes plenty of time, likes to think along with you and takes care of the entire evening down to the last detail!

The result was a carefree afternoon, where our guests were greeted enthusiastically and served with original snacks, bites and drinks. We are happy to think back to our opening reception - partly thanks to Alvida's care.

Before I came into contact with Alvida, I had several other catering companies on the phone, but because the event was rather short, we were immediately told “no” everywhere. The contact with Alvida immediately went very smoothly (and fun) and they went to see what was possible. And really anything was possible! It couldn't be crazy enough, but luckily there was a professional response and an appropriate proposal was made that carefully listened to our wishes. I have experienced Alvida catering and events as extremely professional and flexible. The service provided by the catering and materials supplied was of excellent quality! In short, I would recommend Alvida to everyone. Improvement points? None!

What an incredibly fun party we had at Bloemendaal station with the organization of Alvida. Within a good month, they had arranged everything properly.
Top were the snacks, Raoul's cocktail bar (delicious) and the cheese cart with different types of cheeses including a small portion of Roy-Alexander
was very popular with the guests. Not to mention the service who took good care of everyone and were nice to everyone.
Meanwhile, gifts were accepted and we were able to focus on the guests and... dance!!

It was all well taken care of, plenty of drinks and snacks and there was time for you to pay personal attention to the people.

All in all, highly recommended for many other people to join you for further parties, who will undoubtedly come to PWN again in the future.

Our garden has been transformed into a great food market with delicious food and friendly staff. It fully met our expectations. Parking attendant “moped” and barista Sandra finished it off. Everyone enjoyed it immensely.

We, but also our family and friends, had a great time and that is largely thanks to your efforts. You have transformed our garden into a beautiful party location and the catering was also very well arranged. I contacted me very quickly by phone in response to my request for a quote. Available late and at the weekend for questions. Clear explanation of the options. All advantages, so personal, thoughtful and service-oriented as serious, quality-oriented and attention to detail.

There is quite a bit of price difference among the caterers when it comes to bbq in terms of range and options. Alvida is certainly not the cheapest, but in terms of service, completeness and luxury, it was definitely worth it and you can definitely see and taste the differences. During the bbq, several guests have already asked the name of the caterer and how I got it... had lots of compliments! I will definitely use Alvida again in the future for both a private occasion and a business occasion.

Alvida Catering is definitely worth it considering the service and quality! Just a little bit more luxurious, an eye for detail, decoration and appearance and very customer-oriented.

Alvida Catering & Events quickly took up our request for a quote and provided us with an appropriate and surprising first proposal. Adjustments and even increasing the number of people a week prior to our event were addressed immediately and smoothly. The personal contact was very nice, both by phone to prepare for the event and on site during the event. We thought carefully about how to furnish the interior and make the view as beautiful as possible. The decorated bar also matched perfectly in our completely renovated kitchen showroom. The staff was very pleasant to work with and the snacks and drinks were delicious. In between, empty glasses, etc. were actively cleaned up, so that it also remained tidy. Afterwards, the cleaning up (partly at our own request) went amazingly well. In short: our wishes have been fully realised in all areas. We are very grateful!

The team was very thoughtful: they understood what we newlyweds had in mind and came up with ways to make our dream come true. There was good cooperation between different parties, so we were sure that everything was arranged on time for the day of the wedding. Alvida also provided delicious meals, scenic flower and decoration arrangements, motivated service staff that was ready to accommodate all guests, and special entertainment options. In the end, it was a wonderful party that everyone enjoyed!

For the symbolic first post on our lot, we looked for a caterer and ended up at Alvida. It was quite a short day but we were kindly spoken to and helped by phone. A few days later, we were able to meet at the location to discuss things. Roy-Alexander was very friendly, thought along with us about our wishes and came up with great ideas himself. We found this to be very pleasant. On the day of our event, Alvida arrived right on time to build up. The bar looked good, and the other materials brought along were also neat and of good quality. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, even towards our guests. The snacks and drinks were delicious and people went around regularly, so we and our guests were not short of anything.

We are very satisfied with Alvida and glad that we asked you to provide catering on this special day for us. It was really a success and we had many reactions from our guests during and afterwards about the cozy atmosphere, the good catering and the friendly staff. Compliments! They take the time for you, they think along with you and they only need half a word. They literally take care of everything, so we were able to really enjoy our wedding party.

Alvida Catering did an excellent job at home for our wedding, not only the catering but also the decoration and further support.
Supply a tent, carpet, decoration, balloons, catering, cook, care and lighting... the whole package. You hope when you organize it yourself (at home) that it will be fantastic, in your head it is often more beautiful than in reality... Except now! Alvida has done a lot, 'above and beyond' and was a very important factor in the success of our party.

We had a great wedding day, partly thanks to Alvida Catering. From the first contact, our wishes were understood. Due to circumstances, we were back at the party location earlier than agreed, but that was resolved smoothly by Alvida. Subsequently, the guidance was pleasant to manage and the quality was high.
